Cities are used for any record that has an address, specifically, referees, administrators, fields, and coaches.
Cities can be added via the Cities screen, or can be added as needed through the Referees, Administrators, Coaches, and Fields screens. If an unknown city/zip code combination is typed on any of these screens, the Cities screen will pop-up to confirm the entry of the new city into the database. Enter the information for the new city and click the Close button to add a new city.
To add/edit cities, use the following menu commands:
Tools : Maintenance : Cities or
Main Menu : Maintenance : Cities
A city can be removed from Referee Assistant by clicking the Delete button (
) next to the city record. If a city is assigned to a coach, field, referee, or administrator, the city cannot be deleted.
