Phone numbers should be completely numeric (e.g. 5855551212) or should contain necessary punctuation/spaces/dashes/etc. ( (585) 555-1212). Referee grades will be matched to an existing referee grade; ensure that your referee grades are established properly before import, as new grades will not be created automatically. Dates should conform to the Short Date format for your locality (as seen in Start : Control Panel : Regional & Language Options). U.S. format should be m/d/yy or m/d/yyyy.

Systems of Control and Custom Fields (if used) should also be established prior to import; only the positions/custom fields that have already been established in Referee Assistant will be available for import from your spreadsheet.
