To generate referee assignment reports:
Navigate to the Reports screen:
Tools : Reports, or
Main Menu : Reports
Choose one of the above reports from the box labeled Choose a Report:
Referee Assignments, or
Referee Assignments (Crew Names)
Enter a Start Date and Ending Date for the reports; all games between and including these dates will be included
Click the Preview button to view the report on-screen.
Reports can be printed with the File : Print menu command.
To e-mail assignments to referees:
Tools : Assignments : E-mail Assignments to Refs
In the From (Name) and From (Email) box, verify that your name and e-mail address are listed
Enter the subject line for your e-mails
In the Header Paragraph box, enter any introductory text for your e-mail
In the Footer Paragraph box, enter any text to follow the assignments block for the e-mail.
In the SMTP Server box, enter your SMTP (outgoing mail) server name
If your mail server requires a user name/password, check the Use SMTP Authentication box, and enter your e-mail user name and password. This is not common.
If your mail server requires that you check your inbox prior to sending e-mail, check the Use POP3 Authentication checkbox, and enter your POP3 (incoming mail) server name. This is not common.
To CC yourself on the outgoing e-mails, check the CC Message to Assignor box.
Enter the Start Date and End Dates for e-mailing; all games between these two dates will be sent.
To send a single test e-mail to yourself, choose Send Test E-mail to Assignor in the Method box, and click Send
To send all referee assignments to the assignor e-mail address, choose Send Assignments to Assignor (test). This is used for testing purposes, to ensure that the e-mails look correct.
To send all referee assignments to referees, choose Send Assignments to Referees. This will also update the E-mail Notification Sent date on the Add/Edit Games screen.
