Games can be added or changed using the following menu commands:

Games can be entered manually from this screen, or can be imported from Text File/Excel.
The following information can be stored for each game:
Teams can be chosen from the drop-down list, or a new team can be added by typing the team's name in either field. If the home team has been assigned attributes (such as league, gender, game type, or age group), these values will be populated after the home team has been chosen
Required. Indicates the date and kickoff time for the game.
Required. The name of the location where the game will be played.
Each game can be assigned to a Game Type. New Game Types can be added by typing a new value in the Game Type field.
Indicates the gender of the players playing the game. These values can be changed using the Tools : Maintenance : Add/Edit Genders command.
Required. Age Group determines the length of the game, the referee fees (if any), assignor fees (if any), and the difficulty level of the game. New Age Groups can be added from the Add/Edit Age Group screen, or by typing the name of the new Age Group in the Age Group field.
Each game can be assigned to a League. New Leagues can be added by typing a new value in the League field.
Required. A system of control defines how many officials are assigned to each game, and how the referee fees (if any) are distributed. The default system of control (for new games added to the database) can be changed from the Options screen. Systems of Conrol are defined on the menu option.
This box will show the referee positions, the game fee for each position, whether the game fee is a default game fee (which is defined by the age group) or an override game fee. This list also shows the name of any referees assigned to the game. Default game fees for an age group can be set by using the
Comments for the game can be entered here. These comments will be displayed on the Manual Assign screen when a referee is assigned to a game.
To set a new override game fee for a specific game:
In the game fees box, double-click the position/game fee that should be changed.
Enter the new game fee for this position, then click OK
To edit an existing override game fee:
Game fees with the word override have an override game fee assigned.
Double-click the position/game fee to be edited
Referee Assistant will ask: Do you wish to change the current override game fee?
Click Yes
Enter a new value and click OK
Referee Assistant will now use the new game fee value for payroll and biling purposes.
To remove an override game fee:
Game fees with the word override have an override game fee assigned.
Double-click the position/game fee to be edited
Referee Assistant will ask: Do you wish to change the current override game fee?
Click No
The game fee will now revert to the default, as specified by the age group.
