Well, I thought this would be a quick transition to a bigger/better/faster server, unfortunately that has not been the case. We’re still working with our web provider to resolve the issue with restoring SSL (encryption) to our website. As of 10:45pm Monday night, they are still working on getting this up and running.
Unfortunately the Web Services sites have been in-and-out. Your data is safe, but the service itself has been on and off this evening.
Your data is secure. We have been doing regular off-site backups to ensure the safety of your information. Even if our web service burns to the ground, we can restore your information.
All web services sites are online and fully functional, but must be accessed using the non-secure address (use http:// instead of https:// in the URL) .
For assignors, it is safe to upload your information to the website.
If we thought that we’d still be dealing with the changeover 24 hours later, we would have made other plans. This certainly does not meet our standard for service to our customers, and we apologize profusely to anyone who has been impacted by this changeover.
eapps.com is working hard to resolve the issue, and we hope to have this resolved shortly. Thank you for your patience.
Note: this was resolved on July 1, 2008.

What is the date scheduled for the next version of Assistant Referee?
We aren’t putting a firm release date out there yet. We’re shooting to have something in beta testing in early 2009. You can either check back to the website, or if you leave your e-mail address in the “stay informed” link, I’ll be sure to let you know.
What will it cost to go from the current version to the next version ?
We haven’t set any pricing yet. Stay tuned and we’ll keep you informed as we get ready to roll out the next version.
